Welcome to BiXBiT USA Inc. (“BiXBiT USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, services, websites, and communications, including SMS text messaging services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Program Name: BiXBiT USA SMS Alerts
Description: By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to product updates, order and installation notifications, service alerts, promotional offers, and urgent communications.
By opting in (via form, checkbox, keyword, or other mechanism), you agree to receive SMS messages from BiXBiT USA Inc. and confirm ownership or customary use of the mobile number provided.
You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month, though frequency may vary depending on service activity and product updates.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After sending “STOP,” you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you rejoin.
To rejoin, simply opt in again using the same method (e.g., texting “START” or submitting a form).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All products are sold with a standard manufacturer’s warranty as outlined in your purchase agreement or product documentation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Except as expressly provided in the applicable warranty, BiXBiT USA disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
